Executive Director

Cynthia Swaim has served as Executive Director of Legacy Village at Plantation Manor since June 2026. She is an accomplished senior living professional with extensive experience in assisted living operations, resident care, team leadership and regulatory compliance, and she is committed to creating a supportive, compassionate environment where residents can thrive while maintaining their independence and quality of life. Dedicated to excellence, leading communities through growth, operational improvements, and successful regulatory compliance initiatives, Cynthia’s approachable leadership style and commitment to resident-centered care is her top priority. 



Outside of work, Cynthia has been married for 20 years and is a mother of two grown children and has four grandchildren. Cynthia enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren in which she has been an active part in educating her grandchildren on the importance of community involvement.
